SFC: Building Strong Garden Teams (2-part training) Session #2

Community and school gardens are a lot like miniature, volunteer-run organizations, and to thrive long-term, they need leadership from strong, constructive teams. However, with a variety of personalities and priorities in the mix, working together is not always easy!

In this interactive 2-part training, we will focus on strategies for successful collaboration. We’ll learn strategies for making decisions as a group, as well as how to draw the best from diverse personalities and leadership styles to build strong teams.

A maximum of 2 individuals from the same garden are encouraged to attend in order to allow multiple garden teams to attend. You can register here.
