Join us in the garden on April 8th, where we’ll teach you how to create your own herb garden, how to keep it healthy year-round and how to harvest herbs properly for culinary uses. The gardening instruction will be useful for in-ground herb gardens as well as herbs planted in pots. On April 15th, join The Happy Kitchen in the kitchen where we’ll explore the wonderful world of cooking with herbs and spices. We’ll prepare several seasonal dishes and will also discuss handling, storing and drying fresh herbs for later use.
Classes are for adults; teenagers may participate with a parent or guardian present.
