Save the Trees at Green

Attend the Rally to Save the Trees at Green, this Friday from noon to 1 pm at City Hall Plaza (rally and delivery of 2,500 online petitions to save the trees).
City Council voted 7 to 0 allowing a waiver to the Heritage Tree Ordinance so that property developer Trammell Crow could remove seven heritage trees from the development site at the Green Water Treatment Plant in the very heart of downtown.
Free parking in the City Hall parking garage by validating your parking ticket at the city clerk’s office inside city hall.
