1:30 Rally with presentation by Council Member Chris Riley and other shining stars
2:00 Clean Energy Bike Tour to highlight energy efficiency and renewable power in downtown Austin, plus Town Lakes hikes
3:00-5:00 After Party at a venue near City Hall presented by Transmission Entertainment.
