    • BASTA is kicking off a series of Community Teach-Ins on Tenants’ Rights in Texas in partnership with each Austin Council Member in their District! In a city that is majority renter like Austin, it is imperative that tenants know their rights and how eviction laws have changed this year because of SB38. Each Teach-In will have a program filled with essential information shared through presentations and fun skits!

    We will be starting District 2 with Vanessa Fuentes! Join us on Wednesday March 4th at the George Morales Dove Springs Recreation Center (5801 Ainez Dr., Austin, TX 78744)
