Texas communities are looking at comprehensive and holistic resiliency plans to lessen impacts and reduce recovery time from shocks and stressors. This seminar will identify major risks and review plans towards preparedness. Speakers will discuss planning efforts for resilient frameworks, networks, hubs and research. Details about Texas Metro Observatory and Planet Texas 2050 – Bridging Barriers research will be also be presented.
