Our Future 35 Open House

The TxDOT project to rebuild and lower I-35 allows the City of Austin to propose caps over portions of the highway and connect East and West Austin.
After gathering valuable input from the community this summer, we’re excited to invite you to our Open House event where you’ll see how we’ve incorporated your input. Meet the project team, learn more about Austin’s Cap and Stitch project and be among the first to view early concept sketches of the proposed caps and stitches. This event is FREE and open to the public.
