Organic Pest Management and Fertilizers

From Sunfield Community Garden –
How can we mimic nature to reduce the effort of gardening? Come make some home-brewed organic fertilizers and pest-repellents that are inexpensive and safe alternatives to chemical interventions. Keep your pets, kids, neighbors, and yourself safe and healthy with these non-toxic solutions.

Sunfield Community Garden is located in the Sunfield Neighborhood at the Sunbright Activity Center in Buda TX. Though garden membership is reserved for residents, the garden hosts FREE hands-on classes on various topics the 3rd Saturday of each month for the general public. We strive to demonstrate ecological gardening at it’s best; come see our orchards, chickens, water-recycling sink, rain gardens and more!
