In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, step into serenity with Cultured Forest as we introduce you to the rejuvenating practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or “Forest Bathing.” This immersive Japanese tradition encourages deep, mindful connection with nature, offering a peaceful retreat from the stresses of daily life.

During this guided experience, you’ll join a community of fellow nature lovers as you explore soothing mindfulness techniques, gentle nature-based meditations, and restorative walking exercises. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or simply a moment to breathe, this session will leave you feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected to the world around you.

Brooke Mellen, founder of Cultured Forest, will lead this experience. Brooke studied Forest Bathing in Japan and holds a certificate in Forest Medicine. Cultured Forest has been featured on the Today Show, WSJ Magazine, and Vogue.

This class will involve a 1/2 mile on easy terrain. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
