The LGBTQIA+ Quality of Life Commission is hosting an open town hall meeting to gather community input on an LGBTQIA+ Cultural Center for the City of Austin.

6:00-6:30 PM: Tabling from City Departments and Community Organizations
6:30-6:40 PM: Town Hall begins with the intention from the commission
6:40-7:30 PM: Community consultation on need for an LGBTQIA+ Cultural Center
7:30-8:00 PM: Open forum from the community

The purpose of the LGBTQIA+ Quality of Life Commission is to represent the community by serving as an advisory board to Austin City Council concerning the needs of Austin’s LGBTQIA+ population. (See Section 2-1-106 of the City Code.)
