Speakers:
Representative Jim Keffer serves as the chairman of the Texas House Committee on Natural Resources, is the author of the Texas House PACE legislation and is president of EBAA Iron Sales, Inc.
Jonathon Blackburn is Managing Director of the Texas PACE Authority, with a Master of Technology Policy and Commercialization degree from Cambridge University and a Masters of Engineering Management in Finance degree from Duke University.
