Holiday Sing-Along & Stroll

Join the Downtown Austin Alliance and KUT/KUTX for our 29th annual Holiday Sing-Along & Stroll from 5pm-9pm on Saturday, December 2, for FREE family-friendly holiday cheer. There will be a festival, holiday market with local artisans, local food vendors, performers, photo ops with Santa and more to enjoy while we light our super tall tree on the edge of the Capitol Grounds.
At 6pm the crowd will gather in front of the tree at the south edge of the Capitol lawn to sing the songs of the season, led by KUT and KUTX. Complimentary keepsake songbooks will be available to attendees while supplies last.
At 7pm, countdown the downtown holiday tree lighting with us. The 45-foot tall Christmas tree features 137,000 dazzling LED lights. The tree will stay up throughout December.
We will end the magical night with a live performance by Tomar and the FC’s. Jam and jive with your family and friends to ring in the holiday season.
