Join Jessica Burleson, mom and founder of BabyTasteBuds, and Angela Fritsch, WIC Nutritionist and Breastfeeding Coordinator, for this starter class on making quick, affordable and nutritious foods your baby or toddler will love. Using fresh ingredients from the SFC Teaching Garden and SFC Farmers’ Markets, we will review the nutritional needs of babies and toddlers, and show you how to make wholesome foods your child’s first and favorite foods. This is the perfect class for busy parents, caregivers or for those who are expecting children soon.
Babies and very young children are welcome to attend; childcare will be provided at no additional charge.
