Interested in knowing more about forests along urban creeks? Curious about how trees contribute to making cooler, more adaptable places along urban creeks? Join Stan Wilson, of Environmental Survey Consulting, and TreeFolks for a field-based tour of an urban creek. You will learn about a unique approach to restoring urban creeks. You will also be introduced to riparian species and riparian ecology.
We hope to see you on 25 July 2018 from 6:30-8:00 PM. Registration is $25. Park in the Willie Mae Kirk Library lot and meet at the library’s front door. Be sure to wear close-toed shoes and bring water!
