GivingTuesday – Support Central Texas Nonprofits

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving and unity that takes place every year on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It is a worldwide generosity movement propelled by local action. I Live Here I Give Here serves as the Central Texas Community Leader for GivingTuesday, collaborating with communities across the globe.

Here in Central Texas, we have our own unique way of celebrating #GivingTuesday — taking action for good! An action for good can be anything from hosting a food or clothing drive, making a sustaining gift to a local nonprofit, volunteering (virtually!) with co-workers or family, fostering a pet, or sharing your personal giving story on social media using #ILiveHereIGiveHere to inspire your network!

Now more than ever, our community needs you. As we face unprecedented challenges and increased need, we also have an opportunity to shape the future of our community when we give to the causes that are important to us. While we practice physical distancing, we can still stand together to support our local nonprofit sector.
