Classes are held every Friday at 10am.
Balance the body’s strength and flexibility while improving coordination, increasing blood circulation and agility in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Mixed fitness classes are held at parks and recreation centers throughout the city, and are completely free of charge. Classes are led by certified instructors and cover a range of fitness styles. See below for descriptions, locations and schedules.
