Free Virtual Workshop: Nature Never Wastes with Calder Kamin

This virtual art workshop creates a fun new use for those plastic grocery bags. Join guest artist Calder Kamin as she teaches us how to crochet plastic into fun art objects for an engaging #EarthDay celebration.

Registration required; limited space available. Free to register and participate. Will need a set of crochet needles (see details below).
Supplies needed:
• Set of crochet needles, one medium (size 4.25-4.5 or G or similar) and one large (6-6.25 or J or similar). *If you would like to request a free set of needles, the McNay has a limited supply. Please email education@mcnayart.org to learn more.
• Plastic grocery bags, any color or size.
• Scissors

*If you requested a free set of needles, the pickup location is at the McNay Art Museum, 6000 N. New Braunfels, SATX, 78209 during regular business hours.
