Food Forest, Papercrete and Permaculture talk and tour

Come out for a tour of the ape99 food forest and papercrete structures.

In just four years (and a couple of deep droughts) we’ve taken an once junk car lot with soil so dead water would just bead off it in which not much would grow and turned it into a vibrant living system. Complete with guinea fowl (the official state bird of Austin), goats, water runoff capture, many dozens of fruit trees, herbs and vegetables, aquaponic systems, papercrete structures and much more.

And things are just starting out here.

Afterwards we’ll have a talk/Q&A on permaculture and all things related.
