The Trail Foundation is launching our monthly wellness series, Flow & Thrive! This series will highlight guided activities such as yoga, meditation, and walks to help boost your overall wellness.
This month join TTF and Cynthia Bernard of ATX Yoga Girl for an outdoor yoga class at International Shores! Registration includes a FREE spot at the session.
Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat. This class is suitable for all practice levels.
