Austin Resource Recovery presents Fix-It at Home!, an interactive, online workshop series aimed at teaching Austinites repair and maintenance skills from home. Classes range from learning sewing basics and ‘patching’ up clothes, to fixing recreational equipment and household appliances. You’ll meet and learn from a local expert who will instruct you and other Austinites during the class.

Have you acquired a used bike during the pandemic? Join our instructor to identify and fix common issues with used bikes, so you’re safe when you’re ready to hit the road or trail!

Meet the Instructor! Michael Dolan has been a bike mechanic for more than a decade and currently works at Sun & Ski Sports. Michael holds several certifications, including with Professional Bicycle Mechanics Association and Bosch e-bikes. He also serves as a leader in a local Cub Scout pack.
