Join our partners at Green Bird Fitness for a multi-level yoga/pilates combo class at Dick Nichols District Park. Classes are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month at 6pm, in April and May, and at 6:30pm June through September. Classes will meet near the playground, adjacent to the main parking lot.
Green Bird Fitness specializes in training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels, including pre and post-natal clients, and is proud to offer this all-level yoga class which will incorporate elements of yoga, pilates and instructor Lauren Whitehead’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
