Fitness in the Park offers Austinites the opportunity to visit parks all over the city for free fitness classes. In partnership with the City of Austin’s Parks & Recreation Department and WeViva, we are able to offer some bi-lingual classes with free childcare at Southeaster Recreation Centers, and a variety of other classes both indoors and out.
Power Yoga is a modified Yoga class that builds upon the yoga foundation at a higher-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow moves that focus on balance, strength, range of motion, and breathing.
