Many of you may be interested in hearing EcoTheologian Rev. Michael Dowd, a TEDx speaker, give a lecture this Thursday evening at Wildflower Church. He’s a very dynamic and inspiring speaker, and has many video talks available online about the intersection of ecology, science, and spirituality. People from 350-Austin are involved in hosting this event, which will take place in the church sanctuary.

Nationally recognized EcoTheologian, Rev. Michael Dowd, will present his dynamic multimedia program, Redeeming “Progress” — The Prodigal Species Comes Home, on Thursday, March 28 at 7-9 pm at Wildflower Church. Is it too late or can we turn things around? Rev. Dowd sheds light on competing and often contradictory claims about our future. More importantly, he offers a reality-based perspective grounded in ecology as the heart of theology that can inspire us to work together across a wide range of differences in service of a just, healthy, and sustainably life-giving future.
