Ecology Action’s Circle Acres Back to the Land Work Day

Our monthly Back to the Land Work Day out at Circle Acres will be held Saturday, January 18th from 10am-12pm. This month we will be connecting with the newly arrived Americorps NCCC team and plugging in with whatever project they are working on. It will be a great opportunity to meet the team and spend some time outdoors. Back to the Land Work Days are a great way to get involved on the ground level with the development of this exciting new Urban Nature Preserve in East Austin. This is a family friendly event and volunteers of all ages and abilities are welcome. We will provide work gloves, water and any necessary tools but please wear sturdy closed toe shoes and dress for the weather. Circle Acres is located at:

Look for the white mailbox with an Ecology Action logo on it. Feel free to park on the street and walk down the dirt road to the entrance.
