HEAT is a face-paced high intensity interval training class that builds muscles, improves cardiovascular fitness, and leaves you sweaty, but satisfied.
Classes are held every Tuesday from 6:30pm-7:30pm starting 9/12.
Mixed fitness classes are held at parks and recreation centers throughout the city, and are completely free of charge. Classes are led by certified instructors and cover a range of fitness styles. See below for descriptions, locations and schedules.
All classes are subject to cancellation for weather, and park maintenance, so please check our calendar, Facebook or Twitter feed for notifications about class cancellations.
