District 8 Budget Town Hall

I’d like to invite you to attend this year’s District 8 Budget Town Hall, from 6:00-7:00 PM this Monday, August 1st. We’ll be using the virtual format, allowing you the opportunity to participate from the comfort of your own home. Representatives of the city budget department will present the proposed budget and also be available how the city plans to allocate its budget to answer your questions. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn how we plan to spend your money and how it impacts the issues and services you care most about. We’ll also provide you an opportunity to provide your feedback.
As I value input from constituents, I do hope you will participate and offer your thoughts – as these will inform my approach as council moves toward adoption of a final budget later this month.
