District 3 CommUNITY Team Volunteer Event: Dress For Success

Community is built by the investment of its members in the collective good. Council Member Velásquez (District 3) is a life-long servant and envisions a district that grows together. The District 3 CommUNITY Team will volunteer on service projects around the district.
Join us at the first D3 CommUNITY Team volunteer event of the year with Dress for Success Austin. Volunteers will assist in donation intake and sorting. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and feel free to bring food and drinks.
Can’t commit to the entire volunteer shift, but want to help? Donation drop-offs are welcomed Feb. 24 from 12-4 p.m. that include:
- professional clothing for women
- accessories
- undergarments
- new and unopened toiletries & cosmetics
- Uber/gas gift cards
- and Chromebooks
