The tour is a collaboration of Austin Energy Green Building and the Texas Solar Energy Society and we are always impressed with the wealth of thoughtfully designed, energy efficient, and well built projects we see in the selection process. To be eligible for the tour, your home/project must be rated in the Austin Energy Green Building Program, incorporating the concepts of energy efficient and sustainable building practices. The tour is based on a mix of criteria and personal appeal to create an event that will speak to a wide audience of tour goers. Not all projects can be on the tour, but a submission that is not accepted one year might work the next.

We have found that our applicants have different preferences for submission, so we have both an online pdf and Word format attached below.
