How will the new land development code affect affordability in Austin? Let’s take a walk and discuss it.
Join the CodeNEXT team for an interactive community walk beginning at 9am, May 14 at Zilker Elementary School (1900 Bluebonnet Ln.). Using the recently released Code Prescription, we will explain the aspirations possible in a new code, offering on-the-ground examples to give attendees an informed perspective.
The event is free and open to all residents. Attendees are encouraged to RSVP, wear comfortable shoes, bring water, and bring a smartphone to snap photos and share on social media using #CodeNEXT.
