What: Climate-Com From the Media Panel and Presentation

Why: A panel discussion on how we can change the way we communicate climate science and facts to the public through the media, particularly broadcast meteorologists. Featuring Jim Spencer of KXAN-TV and Kris Wilson, PhD of UT School of Journalism. Also, a presentation on climate in Texas by Alyssa Burgin, Texas Drought Project.
