Please join us as we begin this journey together to be more active citizens from Registering to Advocacy with the first of this four part Civics Session Series, “Civics 101: The Vote”.

In this first session, we will cover “Voter Registration Information”, where we will discuss the Whos, Whats, Wheres, Whens, Whys and Hows of Voter Registration with time left over for a Question & Answer session.

Saturday, Sept. 5th,  Session 2: Researching Your Ballot and How to Vote will cover how to access and use the LWV Voters Guide, how to find Candidate Forums, how to finding your polling place, how to develop your voting plan, and what to expect if you are voting in person or submitting a Ballot by Mail (BBM).

Saturday, Sept 12th, Session 3: How to Help and Ask for Help at Your Polling Place, we will discuss the role and responsibility of being a Polling Place Worker or Polling Place Judge, and cover the ways in which you can ask for assistance at your polling place, whether it be through curbside voting or translation help.
