Austin City Manager Spencer Cronk has released a $5 billion budget proposal for Austin’s upcoming 2022-23 fiscal year. Before City Council makes any changes to that budget (or votes to approve it in late August), they’ll host two public input meetings on July 27th and August 2nd.
There are two ways for you to sign up to speak:
— You can sign up using
the online form anytime before noon on August 1st. (Just note – the online form will not be released until a few days before the meeting. If you try signing up and it says the form has been deactivated, try again in another day or two.)
— You can sign up in-person at the City Hall kiosks anytime between noon on August 1st and 2:15pm on August 2nd.
