Bus, Bike & Barton Springs Snorkel Extravaganza!

***This event has two start point options: Westgate Transit Center on the south end or North Loop Station SB on the north end.

Let’s be real, parking at Barton Springs is a drag! When you’re ready to escape the heat of the summer and jump in the cold healing waters of Barton Springs Pool, the last thing you want to do is circle a dusty dirt lot with 20 other cars looking for somewhere to park! Ghisallo Cycling Initiative and Get There ATX want to take you on a transit tour to discover how you can utilize the CapMetro Bus and Bikeshare to get to and from Barton Springs!

It’s FREE! The ticket price is just a deposit to hold your spot, and will be refunded with your attendance on event day.

Departure points: Westgate Transit Center (south group) or North Loop Station SB (north group).

Biking Time: Approximately 10 minutes each way, 1.5 miles.

Snorkel Time: 2 hours

*** Option to leave with the group to take transit back to starting points, guided by Ghisallo staff or option to stay at the pool and self-guide your return trip home. Your Bikeshare pass and CapMetro Bus pass will be valid all day.
