Mental health In The Digital Age

Navigating screen time, self-worth, and who to trust. #MakeATXBRAVE

We live in a world of 24/7 news cycles, social media feeds, viral misinformation, and AI-generated content — and it’s taking a real toll on our mental health. How do we protect ourselves and our families? How do we help our young people navigate online harassment and cyberbullying? And what tools can we actually trust?

Join BRAVE Communities for an open, honest, and empowering conversation led by subject matter experts and local organizations working at the intersection of mental health, technology, and community wellbeing. This event is for everyone — parents, young people, educators, neighbors, and anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed by the digital world.

And, to celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, the second half of the event will be ta joyful cultural activation featuring Bollywood dance and henna art…honoring movement, creativity, and community as pathways to healing.

Bring your friends, family, and neighbors. Come ready to listen, share, shake all the distracting noise away, and leave with real tools, resources, and Bollywood moves to brighten your month!
