Join the BRAVE Ambassadors in this community-building event designed to raise awareness about the environmental impact of fast fashion, excessive consumption while promoting sustainable alternatives! Let’s combine fun, social interaction, and meaningful action.
By swapping instead of buying new, you’ll be reducing waste, extending the lifespan of items, and minimizing the need for new production, ultimately reducing carbon emissions and environmental harm.
Not only will you be making a positive impact on the planet, but you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals in a vibrant community atmosphere. Discover new styles, literary works, and engage in meaningful conversations about sustainable living.
So, clean out your closets, gather your unwanted books, and join us for an afternoon of swapping, sharing, and combating climate change. Together, we can make a difference—be BRAVE!
Details:
- Bring at least (3) articles of clothing or books to qualify for a swap.
- Clothes must be washed and not too loved.
- No undergarments.
- BYOB (Bring Your Own Bag)
- Leftover clothes will be donated to under resourced communities.
Snacks provided with RSVP.
