From the Save Our Springs Alliance –

Join us for the annual Polar Bear Splash at Barton Springs Pool on New Year’s Day. Admission to the pool is free all day, starting at 5am. Save Our Springs will set up at 9am with our commemorative shirts for sale, and free coffee and donuts! Everything is first come, first serve, and we will run out FAST!

So get there early, bring your friends and family to enjoy the inviting 68 degree water, and ring in the new year with the rejuvenating power of Barton Springs. Group costumes and plunges are always fun and definitely encouraged! Post your plunge photos with #atxpolarbearsplash2018

ATTENTION: NO LIFEGUARDS WILL BE ON DUTY. SWIM, SPLASH, AND SHIVER AT YOUR OWN RISK. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED WITHOUT A PERMIT THROUGH THE CITY OF AUSTIN.
