August Happy Hour: A Window into Solar Austin

Most folks joining our happy hours know that Solar Austin’s mission is to accelerate the transition to clean, renewable energy in Central Texas and to expand access to the benefits of solar to everyone to mitigate climate change, create a healthy community and support a strong local economy. However many do not realize that Solar Austin has been advocating for clean energy since 2002! This month, we will pull back the curtain on how Solar Austin engages through policy, programs, community advocacy, fundraising, education, and much much more!
Join us as we chat with some of our founding members, share our current programs, and introduce you to some of our Pathways to Clean Energy Careers participants. Enjoy the opportunity to get to know our board members and staff as well as our dedicated partners. We can’t wait to see you there!
