We’ll be talking about:
- what it means to guide our work through the Jemez principles for democratic organizing
- presentation by Clean Water Action on water, high bills, and community organizing
- our participatory budgeting working group and organizing for more funding/investment in services for marginalized communities
- organizing to fight Texas’s #1 polluter and their coal mining in Austin’s backyard (Elgin)
- our transit justice working group and upcoming transportation bond issues
