Not sure what you’ll do after High School graduation? Join the AmeriCorps Central Texas partner organization’s at @imagineart_atx‘s Smoke and Sizzle Extravaganza on June 3 from 10AM to 3PM at St. Luke Studio, 1611 W. 14th Street.
You’ll learn more about the no-experience required, paid service opportunities in Central Texas while participating in art demos alongside AmeriCorps members and the community at Imagine Art, one of the 10 AmeriCorps Central Texas’ partner organizations.

The event will also include…
LIVE RAKU CERAMICS FIRING – Raku is a Japanese firing technique where pottery is removed from the kiln when red hot. It is cooled rapidly, often in combustible material like sawdust or paper.
COMMUNITY MURAL – Contribute your own bit of creativity to a new mural that will be displayed in front of St. Luke Methodist, visible from West Lynn St.
