Affordable Infill Tour

From the Alley Flat Initiative –
Come learn about the importance of housing affordability in your community! The Affordable Infill Tour, put together by the Austin Community Design and Development Center and The Alley Flat Initiative, will be a full day of exciting activities.
The tour will begin with an Affordability Panel composed of local experts that will speak to the benefits and challenges of affordable sustainable housing. Come learn from them while enjoying some free breakfast items from local vendors!
Following, you’ll be free to visit 7 sites, examples of affordable houses and housing programs that exist throughout the city. Not only will you be able to walk through these houses, but will learn different housing affordability facts at each location!
We will end the day with a reception at in.gredients for some drinks, refreshments and continue great conversations!

- 10:30am (Fannie Mae Conservatory): Registration and Breakfast
- 11am (Fannie Mae Conservatory): Affordability Panel
- Noon: Self-guided tour (8 sites)
- 3pm (in.gredients): Reception & Refreshments
