3rd Annual People’s Party/Fiesta Popular

Join this Unofficial SXSW Positive Latino and Hip Hop Music Showcase, the 3rd Annual People’s Party/Fiesta Popular.
We invite you to our large blowout community-oriented music event with a variety of musical genres on two separate stages including hip-hop, cumbia, son jarocho, latino rock and more! There will be an art exhibit, community resource tables, a moon bounce and other children’s activities! Café Rebelde will be selling delicious vegan Mexican food.
On the outdoor stage: Son Armado, PDL Band, Luis Rodríguez y su Invasión Norteña, Los Pinkys, Kontra Golpe Noise Manifesto, Kiko y la Banda, Sexto Sol, and secret special guests.
On the indoor stage: One Be Lo, Truth Universal, Teo Blake, The Cipher, Olmeca, Native Sun, Los de Esta Noche, Bombasta, Piñata Protest, and secret special guests.
The $5 donation at the door will help fund the Workers Defense Project computer literacy program and general operational needs for Monkey Wrench Books.
