10th Annual Central Texas Student Innovation Showcase

Come meet the next generation of innovators and environmentalists at our 10th annual Student Innovation Showcase at Austin City Hall.
Join us to learn from and celebrate youth innovators and environmentalists from across Central Texas at Austin City Hall on Thursday, May 14th from 5:30 to 7pm.
Student teams will present their Student Innovation Grant projects in a science-fair style format. Prepare to be wowed by elementary, middle, and high school students who have developed a deep understanding of complex sustainability challenges ranging from water conservation and local food production to waste management strategies.
We are excited to feature the Austin Youth Climate Council again at this year’s showcase! This council provides ways for youth to learn from and contribute to city-wide climate action and invest in the future of their city as part of the City of Austin’s Climate Equity Plan. Hear from the council members about the work they have been undertaking with frontline community organizations this school year and their community initiative plans happening this spring.
