[Water Class] Saturday, June 20th at 11am the Clean Water Fund is offering a free class on all things water in Texas at TreeHouse on South Lamar. The class will cover Texas' many water challenges and present ideas for homeowners to reduce their own personal water use. [Park Summit] Saturday, June 20th from 12:30pm to 4pm the Austin Parks Foundation and the City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department are hosting the Adopt-A-Park Summit at the George Washington Carver Museum. The three mile hike will explore the interplay of the city growth in the area and the impact it has on the Colorado river. [Energy Talk] Sunday, June 21st from noon to 1pm Alyssa Burgin of the Texas Drought Project is giving a talk on fracking in the Eagle Ford Shale. She will discuss the economics of shale drilling, the potential for the downturn to become yet another bust, and the consequences for roads, residents and infrastructure. [Transportation Town Hall]

Tuesday, June 23rd from 6pm to 8:30pm MobilityATXis hosting a town hall discussion about Austin's transportation problems.Mayor Steve Adler, along with representatives from Capital Metro, RideScout, Silicon Labs, and the Downtown Austin Alliance will all be speaking.
