Pop-Up Commuter Breakfast on the outside patio of the downtown
Whole Foods. Anyone biking, walking, carpooling, or taking public transportation to work can stop by for

[Volunteer/River]Saturday, Feb. 14th from9am to 11am Keep Austin Beautiful is having a lake cleanup at the Waller Creek Boathouse. Kayaks will be donated by Congress Ave Kayaks so that volunteers can get right on the water and start cleaning! Anyone with their own kayaks or canoes are welcome to launch at Holiday Inn Town Lake and meet up with the rest of the volunteers at the Waller Creek Boathouse. More info>>
[Justice Workshop]Monday, Feb. 16th from6pm to 8pm the Sierra Club is giving a workshop on environmentalism and environmental justice in Austin at the University of Texas. The Sierra Club will be speaking about the history of the environmental movement in Austin, the politics of power, and the intersection of environmentalism and racism. There will be free pizza and drinks and the event will be held on the second floor of the UT Student Activity Center. More info>>
[Town Hall] Monday, Feb. 16th from
6:30pm to 8pmthere is a
town hall meeting on the impact of hydraulic fracturing at the
San Jacinto Residence Hall Meeting Room at the University of Texas. The meeting will feature a panel of experts to field questions from the audience for a conversation about the energy, economic and environmental impacts of hydraulic fracturing. The conversation will be moderated by Wall Street Journal senior energy reporter Russell Gold and is
free and open to the public.

[Energy Research]Tuesday, Feb. 17th from5:30pm to 7pm the University of Texas is offeringfree tours of its School of Architecture energy research facilities. As part of UT's Energy Week, the school will also be sharing its research on energy use in buildings and talking more about its project to build a completely sustainable,solar-powered home on campus. Green Drinks happy hour at
