Because of a 20 year drought, Urine Good Company has created Public Amenities, where the public must pay to pee. When young Bobby’s father is carted off to the penal colony of “Urinetown” for breaking the law, he leads a group of rebels into battle against the U.G.C. and its money-grabbing CEO.
