Early Childhood Town Hall

Join us for an engaging and informative Early Childhood Town Hall event, where we’ll dive deep into the importance of early childhood education. This in-person event will take place on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.

Our town hall will bring together educators, parents, policymakers, and community members to discuss the critical role of early childhood education in shaping a child’s future. Whether you’re a parent, teacher, or simply passionate about the well-being and development of young children, this town hall is for you! Doors will open at 6pm with food and refreshments available. Town Hall will start promptly at 6:30.

Families welcome as we will have on site children’s enrichment activities hosted by Read the Room & Austin’s PBS Kids.

This event is a multilingual event with Spanish, French, & ASL interpretation.

GAVA, ACC, City of Austin Equity Office, community members and more, are pleased to host this town hall meeting at Austin Community College Eastview Campus, bringing together Austin City Mayor Kirk Watson, and a diverse range of stakeholders who are deeply committed to the well-being of our youngest community members.
