2023 Bike to Work Day

Pump up your tires and oil that chain cause Bike to Work Day is back! This year’s Bike to Work Day will be Friday, May 19th, from 7 am-9 am.
This year’s Bike to Work Day will have over 40 fueling stations across Austin handing out treats such as coffee, tacos, waffles, snacks, and complimentary bike tune-ups for commuters. The morning will conclude with a celebration at City Hall featuring bike-friendly vendors passing out goodies and special guest speakers.
The fun continues in the evening with an afterparty at Central Machine Works (from 6pm to 8pm) featuring live music and food and drink specials for people on bikes!
Don’t have a bike? No problem! Metrobike Austin will be offering free day passes all day.
