Join us to discover the importance of community engagement in designing public places! We’ll host a short panel with community partners followed by a happy hour, samba with Austin Samba, and interactive activities that revolve around the meaning of “community.”

Donations to help us continue our work partnering with communities like Montopolis and Williamson Creek are encouraged! Food and drinks will be provided.

Community Powered Workshop connects and amplifies the voices of communities who have not yet been heard to create powerful places that promote a healthy future and break barriers of systemic injustice.
