Green Drinks and Tour at Cosmic Coffee and Beer Garden

Hang out with sustainability professionals and sip a cold one (or a hot one) at Cosmic and get a guided tour of this unique establishment. Cosmic was inspired by its creators’ obsession with creating an environment that embraced the principles of permaculture, sustainability and regenerative systems. They utilize rainwater harvesting, chicken coops, on site composting, biological ponds, raised-bed, rainwater, and waterfall gardens that attract pollinators and provide them with herbs, nuts, vegetables, eggs and fruit. Created by native Austinites, and inspired by our local culture and heritage – they showcase local art, music, purveyors, and craft community. Cosmic is a nationally recognized wildlife habitat providing shelter, water and food sources for a variety of creatures. There are three food trucks onsite to feed you too!
