Creative Placemaking Skills 101

From the City of Austin Transportation Department and Capital Metro –

National leader Ben Stone will lead this practical skills training workshop for Austin agencies, artists and arts organizations. Creative placemaking allows transportation and community development projects to benefit from the participation of artists at the onset and throughout. Participants will learn how the creative community and the transportation professionals can work together, to enhance community outcomes for funded transportation projects.
